That's right! We are in need of staffers! Keep in mind, I do not just hand out staff positions, as I want to know you are capable before giving you the power to alter our site.
People who want to be staffers will first be moderators, to see if I think they are capable of handling the responsibility. If you do well, you may be upgraded to a Global Moderator, or, if not, possibly demoted back to a normal member. Do not lash out at me if I do not make you a Global Moderator, or if I demote you. If I find you unfit for staff powers I will not hesitate to remove your powers, therefore I suggest you do use any powers you have responsibly. Co-Admins and Global Moderators will be hand picked by me and Professor Ella Phoenix based on how well we think you do.
Current Staff Positions:
Teachers for all the classes are needed. As a teacher, basically what you do is moderate your class board, and you should make threads with official classes (which would be open to any in that class, and would consist of well, teaching, arranging sparing matches, and other stuff that you may see fit) once in a while if you like. The more teachers for a class, the better.
There will be a lead instructor for each class who will create the sign up threads for their class and such, and then other teachers that moderate and keep things organized.
Instructors Needed:
Evasive Class: Open
Elemental Class: Open
Mental Class: Open
Attack Class: Open
Magic Class: @itotallyhaveauser
Other Moderators would help monitor each class. Each class can have a few teachers, to make sure more classes are continuing and that anything that happens in your class board doesn't get too out of control. Other moderators for various other boards would be good as well.
