These must be read. It doesn't matter if you are an experienced roleplayer, these rules must be read. 1. Your character can only have one power. Only in EXTREMELY RARE CIRCUMSTANCES will anyone be allowed to have more than one, and if you feel so bold as to ask, PM me or Professor Ella Phoenix for permission. Expect a no. 1.5. Be specific about what your power is. If you say "mind powers" you can't have telepathy (mind reading/mental messaging) AND telekinesis (moving objects with your mind). You can pick one of the two. This also goes for other vague powers such as shape shifting. You can either ONLY shape shift into animals, or people, or objects. Not everything. 2. Your character should not be an expert on said power when they start out. Your character can know what their power is, and the basics of how to use it, however, the main reason they came to Aura Academy was to learn more about how to use it. Don't be a complete expert on how to use your power as soon as you start out. 3. Do not be overly unrealistic. Your power should not be able to trample everyone elses. If, say, a fire manipulator went up against a water manipulator, keep in mind the fight would not be in the fire-manipulator's favor. Every time the fire touched the water, it would go out. Make sure to know the limits of your character's power, and make sure there are limits. Your character is not invincible. More will be added as needed.
